The DSIRDA has not issued Final TP Map for the TP in which the land site lies so RERA and Plan Pass will be applied when the TP is finalised and RERA authority starts issuing certificates.
This project does not fall under RERA till TP is finalised and plan pass for this project is issued.
The customer as made aware that the plots are being sold as shares in the FP allotted to the Revenue Survey Number.
An Agreement will be executed for the sale of this share which will define the further T&C between Singla Developers and the share (in shape of plot) Buyer.
The customers will be buying a share in the land which will further be developed as plotting when Plan Pass, RERA and physical possession of the site is handed over
