ABCD Building is an Administration and Business Center for Dholera SIR, it’s the Central admin office of Dholera Smart city. All legal works and permissions will be done through a single window within this building. ABCD building will provide single window clearance. Under the @IGBConline Green Rating System, the Special Purpose Vehicle Building at the ABCD complex in Dholera has achieved a PLATINUM rating.

Dholera has unique amenities, it is unique as it’s the First City in India where all underground utilities like Gas, Power, Potable Water, Recycled Water, Sewage Pipes, and Storm Water is pre-planned for complete development, with the capability of handling the growing demands of the city.
