Dholera is being built from scratch by undertaking land of 22 villages and developing it in a way for it to surpass advanced cities like Shanghai and Singapore in every aspect. Dholera SIR is basically a growing Greenfield Smart City within the boundaries of Ahmedabad.

The Dholera SIR development project- has gained a lot of importance in a short span of time, since its ultimate features and benefits. ABCD Building is an Administration and Business Center for Dholera SIR, it’s the Central admin office of Dholera Smart city. All legal works and permissions will be done through a single window within this building. ABCD building will provide single window clearance. Under the @IGBConline Green Rating System, the Special Purpose Vehicle Building at the ABCD complex in Dholera has achieved a PLATINUM rating.

Dholera has unique amenities, it is unique as it’s the First City in India where all underground utilities like Gas, Power, Potable Water, Recycled Water, Sewage Pipes, and Storm Water is pre-planned for complete development, with the capability of handling the growing demands of the city. Right from the start, the vision has been to have a ‘Plug & Play approach wherein all the Land Parcels are fully ICT enabled, and completely Built-Up Infrastructure is offered right at plot level.
